Dimly lit wood-and-brass cocktail bar at dusk

Bar & Resort — Est. 2019

Where the night burns slow

A wood-fired lodge and low-lit bar on the high ridge. Come for the ember, stay for the hush.

The Lodge

Built around one long fire

Hilander is a bar first and a bed second. Nine rooms sit above the lounge, each facing the same hearth that has burned since we opened. The menu is short, the lights are lower, and the mountain does the rest.
